• Fuel additives (Ecopill, Ecoliquid, and Ecotorque) designed for all types of vehicles, land and marine equipment, boats, and industrial machinery powered by internal combustion engines.

The products available are those displayed on our website at the time of your visit. While we strive to ensure that all descriptions, information, and images are as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that every product description or image is completely error-free.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you purchase these products at your own discretion and responsibility.

Article 4 – Payment

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order whenever necessary. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery times and shipping costs are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date they receive the goods.

Consumers must notify us of their decision to withdraw by using the withdrawal form included in the order confirmation email.

After notification, consumers have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the products for an exchange or refund. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a partial return, only the returned products will be refunded.

Returned products must be in their original condition, complete with all packaging, accessories, and instructions, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. Products that are incomplete, damaged, dirty, or otherwise altered will not qualify for a refund.
